It is a pretty hard hand to get most of the time, but it is possible. Your next best hand would be 4 of a kind, this hand is easier to get when you play with the jokers. Then of course you have your straights, either the straight flush which essentially is a small version of the Royal Flush. And the regular straight is at least 5 cards in order, but not of the same suit.
